I am so glad they have come out with a home version of kid lockers. They look great in a child's room (I am not one to sacrifice style) and they are adaptable to many spaces in your home.
You can use one locker free standing or line them up side by side. The lockers can be used for storing coats, backpacks,or sports equipment in a mudroom.
The advantages them are that the storage is closed and the setup is so versatile. There is hanging space for clothes and shelves for other items. The closed storage takes care of the visual aspect of clutter. Frankly, they are fun and kids like to use them - a plus if you are trying to get them to keep things tidy.
If you are using lockers or looking for items to help you organize your school locker they now have locker organizers. They can transform lockers into an organized and fun place for your things. They also make great little gifts for anyone going back to school.
A great place to find kid lockers, bookcases, entryway organizers and other furniture to help you organize is Home Decorators Collection.....check them out by clicking on the photo below...
